Melbourne meat trading
SkyBerg Trading sources boxed beef from across Australian processors for wholesalers, supermarkets and restaurants. You send the spec. We find it, quote it and get it to you in the cold chain.
The part you see is a clear quote and a delivery that matches it. Underneath, we check processors, cuts, grades and freight so the carton that arrives is the one you ordered.
Who we supply
We work with businesses that buy boxed beef by the carton or the pallet and want consistent specs at a sharp price.

How it works
Tell us the cut, category, grade, trim, pack and weekly volume. A HAM code helps but isn't required.
We check availability across processors and send a written quote with the full spec and how long the price holds.
Orders are paid upfront. That keeps our costs low, and we pass the saving back in the price.
Stock is delivered chilled or frozen, direct or through our refrigerated logistics partner.
